Planning Permission was granted in July 2014 for the conversion and refurbishment of the existing semi-derelict residential property from two to three apartments (2no. two bedroom, and 1no. one bedroom). The conversion was completed by the Client in July 2015. Planning Permission has also just been granted for the reinstatement of residential use in an existing single storey building at the rear of the main property, which with alterations to provide first floor accommodation, will create a separate two bedroom property. Construction works are due to commence shortly.
