Description:

Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted in April 2011 for the conversion and Change of Use of this Grade II Listing Building in the Hursley Conservation Area  (known as The Old Bakery), from a furniture showroom to 4 residential apartments. The challenge was to design a scheme that was sympathetic with the original 17th Century character of the property, and its historic fabric. The conversion was completed by the Client in October 2012, and followed by a ‘Phase 2’ development of a new apartment within the courtyard area, completed in July 2013.
