A new build re-development of a former NCP car park ‘brown field site’ in the centre of Southampton to 190 self contained student ‘pods’ with 24 hour security. The scheme sought to re-establish the medieval street pattern, and included a cafe accessed via a landscaped plaza. All support services were located in a half basement together with a ‘pay & display’ private car park. Planning Approval was granted in 2007.
