david pratt
BA(Hons) DipArch ARB RIBA

Having trained at Leicester Polytechnic, David worked for a number of years in London gaining experience working on shopping centre schemes, refurbishments for Grosvenor and Cadogan Estates, and ‘high end’ private residential refurbishments. A period in Jersey was followed by several years in Hong Kong working on resort and city centre hotels, office and retail competitions, and major urban developments in Beijing and Bangkok.
Returning to the UK after a period travelling in Asia and Australia, David initially worked in London on medical research developments in the south east and France before moving to Winchester. Here he gained experience working on budget hotel, business centre, residential refurbishment and new build, and telecommunications infrastructure and data centre schemes across the UK and Europe. This was followed by a move away from the corporate environment into a small practice to expand the business into larger contemporary schemes. Having become a director of the Company prior to the recession, David restructured the business to address the challenges of the future.
When not running the Practice, David can be found playing badminton, both socially and competitvely. An ex. County player with extensive individual and team competition experience in the UK and Europe, and currently playing in the Surrey League and Masters tournaments, he has also represented England in the European and National Championships. David’s other interests have included International dragon boat racing, when working in Hong Kong, and cycling and running. He is currently in training for the local 5k ‘Park Run’.
